Our Football team trash Ghana: Sunday Dare

Hon. Minister Youths and Sports Development, Sunday Dare has said the Golden Eaglet U17 tournament has trashed the Ghanaian team.
Sunday Dare made this known at the welcome Party organised by the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development today in Abuja.
According to him,”our football team trashed Ghana: we are very proud of you. It does not matter whether it is Super Eagle or not. What matters is that we trashed Ghana.”

The Minister who charged the players to keep the ball rolling also said,” Golden Eaglet be humble, focused and ready to win.”
He further said it is a privilege to represent a country like Nigeria in international community. He applauded their effort for winning the trophy.
Also, he congratulated the team of the WAFU B U17 tournament: NFF, Director of Field, Director of Facility, Technical team, the Media and others.
The Minister who showed optimism in new development in sports also said his ministry will continue to support sports development in the country.

Speaking at the occasion, Sanusi Mohammed Secretary NFF, applauded the effort of the Hon. Minster for keeping the flag flying.
According to him,”Youths development is the bedrock of every nation.”
Highlights of the event was the Team handshake with the Honourable Minister of Youths and Sports Development.
In the same vein, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youths and Sports Development, Ismaila Abubaka, charged the team to conquer the world. He pledged the sum of 2 million naira to the players.
