Women are charged to speak out and express their interest in leadership positions in the country. Barrister B.O Nafagha made this known in a Media chat with the GreenLand News online in Abuja.
Barr. Nafagha who has been a legal practitioner for about 30 years is also the past Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association Bwari Branch, and the current NEC Reps of the branch.
According to him, “women should come out and take advantage of the opportunity that is being granted to them. Nigeria is still developing and in most cases men come out more than the women.
He urged women to boldly take a step, come out and express their interest. According to him, in Western Countries women occupy different leadership positions.
England for example had leadership crises; but once a woman was placed as a Queen; they had Peace.
According to Research, all over the world women have been coming out and fighting for their right and their voices to be heard when it comes to political matter and decisions and they have been granted that right in some countries around the world like in Rwanda where about 50% of the political post are held by women or in other countries when women are elected as president and vice president like in the US.
Barr. Nafagha also used the opportunity to advise Nigerians to create jobs for themselves if the white kola jobs are not found. According to him, ” there are great opportunities in Entrepreneurship and AgricBusiness. for example poultry, moringa and pigry.

” There are a lot of profit in pig business. If you invest in ten pigs; you get hundred folds. This is a secret unknown to many people.
He noted that insecurity in the country will be greatly reduced if jobs are created for the people.
